Let me just describe how I live, how I think, what I like through some quotes

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have a great time hosting in the past when I had a flat in Florence, and did surfing myself, have met incredible people, and many of them have left such amazing memories and inspired me alot :) I have been working online and travelling (mostly in India) for many years. Now I am based in Arusha, but coming and going. At the moment I am happy to meet and spend some time with people and other travellers with whom I feel that our experience can resonate and that we have something to share. everyone is welcome, karibu sana :)
Interests
I like to read alot, and do writing myself.
I think the most important thing in life is to gain more knowledge about life itself, that's why I am interested in science and spirituality and in travelling.
I practice yoga and healthy lifestyle, but still if the mood and the situation is good I like to party :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 33 by chance I left everything and moved to Moscow to teach italian language. I didn't know a word of russian and wasn't at all equipped for the Russian winter. However that was the best base to start exploring the rest of the world. For the first time I had money and free time , so I started to backpack. Before my trip to Armenia and Georgia I had never travelled on my own, and it was an incredible experience. Then I travelled from Shangai (Cina) to Irkutz and lake Baikal through Mongolia by train and bus. Then to Israel, Palestine and Egypt and then Uzbekistan.
From then I became addicted :) them I started working online and experiencing long term travelling and nomadic life, I did spend most of the years before the pandemic in India. There I discovered the most incredible kind of travelling that is yoga (in it's full spiritual meaning). It is like travelling, but in the inner space.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some italian and to cook some italian meals (speciality: fish and seafood pasta! pizza) I can share some basic yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra (yoga in sleep) and holotropic breathwork. I can share my travel experiences and the knowledge I gained through that
