HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friend and I are planning out a Thailand trip in the summer 2012. At that time ,we were fresh graduate and we were ready to explore the world. We had searched a lot information about backpacking travel on internet and it brought me to this website.We found CS helpful and beneficial to us. That's why I became a member of CS, hope that I will fulfill my mission :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

The queue waiting for cabs in Kuala Lumpur, Maylaysia. It was the first time I saw people waiting in queue patiently for a cab. I was on the queue that night too and I had to wait 2 hours for a cab. I felt tired but I loved it. It was a very interesting experience.

The clean atmosphere in Singapore.I was in Singapore for 3 days and my shoes were not dusted at all. The air was so fresh and clean, especial in the morning. This is very different from my country where every one have to wear a mask when going out so I was very impressed.

Bungy-Jump in Pattaya, Thailand . Very awesome experience. At first, I felt like flying when I was falling at 60m high, then it became like sea sick when being pulled up and down. The momnent I jumped myself off the board, it felt like I left all things behind me, I could not hear anything but the sound of wind through my hair and it seemed I became the only one in the world. Every time I flashed back this experience, I can feel my adrenaline level in my blood rising together with the excitement. I definitely try the new height in the future.

The crazy of Songkran Festival. Wow, I love it so much. I promise to come back Thailand next year to enjoy this event. During these days, everyone in Thailand, both locals and foreigners become opened- minded and smiled all the time. I enjoyed shooting water to strangers, smiling at them and being shoot back with a lot of laugh and joy. I was blessed with so much cheek-touching and watergun shooting. People were even crazier at night. They laughed, danced, touched and sprayed water to each other. I felt so fresh. All of my sorrows, sadness, guilties, losses, regrets were cleansed. It was very special festival to me.

Today, with the help of IT, we can see the world from our computers. But it is not enough for me, a person who want to feel, to taste, to learn things about other people, other countries.
