My name is Lana! I am a 25 year old student from New York. I am new to couchsurfing but I decided to try it out because I know the best way to see a new city is to ask a local! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for a place to kick it while traveling the country with my bestie this October! excited to spend some time seeing great cities and hopefully hit a few cool bars... Decided to travel somewhere new at least once a year and this is my way of fufilling that promise to myself. I would like to know the best spots where the locals hang!

Interests

Cooking! Also reading and spending time outdoors. I love to hike, ride horses, etc. Mostly I love to cook though, and could cook for days on end without even noticing it.

All music, but I love the Beatles and Janis Joplin, Jefferson airplane, and Bob Marley. I'm well read and love books like Fight Club, The Third Plate, and A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Also Game of Thrones is incredible.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have more stories about travel and its mishaps that I can share, also I can help with cooking, cleaning, and anything else that is asked of me (maybe watch the kids for an hour or two?). I am very nice and happy to help those that are being so kind to let me stay with them. I am a clean guest and you will hardly notice me (unless you want to start chatting, then I'm all over that).
