When I was 18 I left my home of Boston for the first time in my life and flew to Morocco alone to start learning Arabic. I realized that language is the lens through which we can understand different ideas and philosophies around the world and was driven to learn. Now I’ve lived in 🇯🇴🇲🇦🇵🇪 where I worked/volunteered with various education and humanitarian organizations.
