What's up people!? I'm a 21 year old student from the USA. I've been living in Germany since May 2015. Ich kann Deutsch und Englisch fließend sprechen und freue mich auf euch! Until recently i´ve been living with host-families in Lüneburg and in Timmendorfer Strand and now i live in Bayreuth, where i study. I´m very left-oriented and open-minded and love experiencing new cultures through the eyes of the natives!

In December 2016 I graduated from Studienkolleg Hamburg and now study International Business and Development here in Bayreuth.

I am really interested in cuture and lingustics! Particularly that of Eastern Europe but also that of Latin America!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I think its a cool and very social way to travel. When i'm abroad I try and become a part of the culture, rather than just looking at it from an outsiders/tourist point of view. Couchsurfing offers the experience of meeting the people an thereby emercing yourself in the culture. And besides that the locals know the best sites to see and the best bars to go to ;)

I love classical music and pop music. I also listen to a lot of folk music from different countries.

I am currently reading a book by Svetlana Alexeijevich which is all about the Soviet Union (my favorite part of history to study) and what the people of Russia think about it today.

I spent two days/nights in the Sahara desert in the summer of 2013

Spent three nights at my friends Datcha in the middle of the Russian Wilderness and helped him and his mom tend to their huge garden
