CURRENT MISSION

Well, pretty basic I guess.. besides ´see the world´ there is that studying thing, finding more fulfilling work, having fun, doing volunteer work, to play the parts of best friend, brother, sister, etc. and in between seeing glimpses of happiness

UPDATE JAN 2014 :: Hey you guys! Due to overwhelming demand I needed to decide to press the 'FULL' button for a while..

The new strategy will be: Pressing that yes/no button once in a while :) With at least 5 mails a day, I hope you understand.. My goal was to make the world a little bit a better place, without too much efforts of course - not another full time job 8-))

So,...we're back! , ~From out of space ~ Well, maybe not that, but from drifting lateraly, floating in freedom, allright.. That means a lot of studying, catching up etc. But it also means our couch(es) will be available from time to time.

Oh Yeah: Here's the "say this word if you've read our profile" -experiment, eh word : JABBERWOCKY !

NOW HEAR THIS !!

Just a few more days and OUR time will begin. Freedom is just around the corner again.. at last. Starting from Istanbul across Georgia and Armenia we will some way or another reach this year's promissed land: India.

So to all of you we didn't replied to the last few weeks: our deepest appologies and you can start feeling welcome in Amsterdam again from september 2007.

Any of you have some tips for places to stay in Istanbul,..India or KNOW A GOOD AND CHEAP WAY TO TRAVEL BETWEEN aRMENIA AND INDIA, let us know !

And no, Susan, that wasn't a hint: we reaully enjoyed dining at the wits end! ;)

Yes, we are one of those 'happy couples' who like to dream about travelling the world together.

So, just a little bit more about us: Liorah is a 26 year old student. After leaving the kiboets in the Isreali hills and travelling a bit, she found her current place to be, styding psychology, (and living the better life) in Amsterdam. She´s a real social addict, her phone never stops ringing for less then an hour.
Here´s also where she met me, a 28 y.o. wanderer who
studied a bit of everything (math, filosophy) and travelled some part of the world before finding 'all he needed' in his hometown.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We´re just beginning to see all the possibilities of this wonderful project. Best thing to start with is sharing or offering that wich we can do without for some time: couches in a student flat and mattrasses in a small appartment. If this is good enough for you we will find the time to show you around or point out all the places to be in the big ol' amsterdam.
Besides this, of course, we travel and look for accomodation, new and friendly people to meet and lots of fun!
