ABOUT ME

I'm a big fan of wild outdoor adventures, hearing new perspectives and life philosophies and the occasional party. Trying to understand the world and life is probably my biggest hobby, and one I doubt I'll ever finish all the way. I should add that I'm a non-smoker.

PHILOSOPHY

Search for the truth in all things, even if it hurts. I just don't expect I'll ever actually know what it is for sure.

When I get back from my 5 months traveling, and if I have a place I'll definitely look forward to hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Two times, and those have been one of the highlights of my current trip in New Zealand.

Interessen

Hiking/Tramping, Mountain biking, Snorkeling/Scuba diving (when I can afford it), Writing stories (and hopefully finishing my book at some point), and watching epic movies.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Movies: Most anything Sci-fi/fantasy that is well written, or at least has crazy awesome special effects.

Music: Mostly alternative metal (System of a Down, Chevelle, Smashing Pumpkins, etc.). I also occasionally listen to classical, jazz, or classic rock.

Books: That's a big list.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Backpacking trips at home and now abroad. CN tower in Canada (Toronto), Yellowstone, and a good number of mountain tops.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I've spent a lot of time tinkering with computers, so if someone has some problems I'm surfing with I'm more than happy to try and do what I can. Earning my degree, and from personal interest I try to understand as much as I can about science, and love to talk about it.
