I am Belgian, young dude with a desire to see the world. I have travelled to Indonesia, USA, Tanzania, Greece, etc and always wondered what more I could have seen or done with just one more day. It’s just always too short, isn’t it? Wherever you go becomes a part of you somehow.

I am a mountain person. I climbed several 4000’ers in the Swiss alps, love skiing and snowboarding, trailrunning, mountainbiking and hiking in the mountains.

Currently backpacking through Canada for several months :).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To obtain a lot of social experience and learning about other cultures. To travel is not to escape from life, but to prevent life escaping from us.

Love the Dire Straits, 80’s music, some good countey, some Eminem, Belgian and Dutch music.

Not much of a movie connoisseur but I really enjoyed Into The Wild, Intouchables, the Hangover movies and everything Star Wars.
