Hi hi, I’m Lane. I used to use Couchsurfing a lot when I backpacked in Asia but now am excited to be in South America and try using it again.

I started traveling Latin America in May 2022 in Mexico and am working my way south exploring South America

I am a very open minded person and my goals in life are just to be authentic/true to myself and to be kind to others. I will be grateful and happy to connect and can’t wait to meet some new friends (✿◠‿◠)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Connecting with locals is one of the best ways to learn the culture of a new place. I like to try and see a city or country and experience it from a local perspective - traveling is always better than touring for me :)

Interests

I like learning in general, it doesn’t matter the topic. I’m curious by nature so am happy to learn new things

Yoga - I love yoga and try to stretch a little everyday
Nature/being outdoors - being in the mountains especially is my happy place
Books - I love reading, especially fiction and spirituality books
Spirituality - I’m interested in energy and the connection between all things. I love meditation, qi gong, tarot, etc…
Music and dancing - I have really broad music taste and love to dance
Gardening - this is one of the things I miss most from home
