My mission is to see and show as much of the world as I can.

ABOUT ME

I always find it hard to fill in these sections, but for your comfort and security I will do my best to be descriptive. Right now I am in San Diego, California, fixing an old van with the intent of traveling back to Colorado and eventually Indiana for Christmas, accompanied by my multitalented boyfriend Bumbles. Maybe my friend Maisie will come along, but I am still trying to convince her.1
A few months ago I spent a few weeks doing work in Nicaragua. Five students and myself raised ten thousand dollars and to help build a fence around a school and learn about the third world. The ten thousand dollars we raised went to build an orphanage in Jalapa, Nicaragua.
From this experience I gained a tremendous respect for travelers and fellow service workers. This is why I would like to open my home to others who are interested in learning more about the world and different cultures.
More to know about me, is that I love hiking and collecting random herbs from the Flat Irons in Boulder. Also, I do a lot of dumpster diving and share a lot of the bounty with the local community. I have begun making jewelry as well which I often sell on the street.
