Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I enjoy meeting people that are visiting Ireland
It's nice to experience my surroundings through fresh eyes.
I've traveled a fair amount independently but it's always good to get a local's perspective. I try to meet up with couch surfers whenever I visit somewhere new.
I hope to meet more people visiting Ireland and also connect with people when I'm travelling.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted people a few times when I've been in a position to and so far its been a very positive experience. It's interesting to hear about other people's lives and travel adventures.
I've also met with some lovely people whilst travelling and benefited from their local knowledge.
Interests
Learning ..I'm almost always studying new courses , signing up for experience days , going along to workshops or exchanging knowledge with others
I love to travel , to see and do different things and challenge myself to view the world in a different light
most of all I love to experience new things whether it be food, sports , activities , people or culture its truly enriching.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Have had lots of fun experiences one fairly recent one was abseiling 100ft from the Hogan Stand in Croke Park
Teach, Learn, Share
I know a little about a lot.
Languages:If you're learning English or Irish I can help you. If you speak French, German or Spanish you can help me (I have a thin grasp of the basics)
Sports: Experienced badminton & tennis player. I recently took up golf - I'm not the best at it but if you wanted to give it a go I'd be happy to act like I know what I'm doing.
Will happily go as a spectator to most sporting events - horse racing, rugby, Gaelic football, hurling or even cricket.
Irish travel tips: I've traveled a fair bit around Ireland so can hopefully make some informed recommendations for you.
As I say I've a broad smattering of knowledge so feel free to ask me and if I know I'll be more than happy to share
What I Can Share with Hosts
Any advice on travelling around Ireland. English language exchange.
Photography knowledge
Hopefully some laughs :)
