I love food. In fact I love it so much that I decided to study food for a living. As I realize that it is a very geeky interest I try to remain sane and gain new perspective by traveling and meeting new people all over the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Danced with a Tanzanian dancing group. Went sailing at midnight in Greenland when it was still light. Drank beer on a sunny day with good friends in Nyhavn, Copenhagen. Went wine tasting with my friends in Alsace. Roadtrip in the US…Many many more…

Teach, Learn, Share

Yeast can produce ethanol by fermenting carbohydrates. If you can teach me to do that I will be forever happy.
