- Appearance: Indonesian-like face (check out my Instagram https://www.instagram.com/lan.chim/ - it's all about my face), people mistook me as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, sometimes Thai, and most recently Indonesian - pretty much because they don't know there exists a country named Vietnam.

- Accent: acceptable English accent with little influence of my mother tongue.

- Knowledge: My knowledge about phonology and accents is enough to impress an average person whose major is not linguistics, and my common knowledge is enough to impress an average person whose major is linguistics.

- Sense of humor: Sometimes I am just mean and people think I am joking.

- Mindset: Whatever works for others, I am okay with it. Gay, Cohabitation, Abortion, Polygamy, Collectivism or Individualism, if you find it good for you, just go for it.

- Love life: Solitary life most of the time works for me but sometimes it doesn't. Coupledom never.
