Hi guys! I'm Lanz. I'm 26 years old and currently residing here in the Philippines and living with my family with 3 siblings. I also have 6 dogs, 2 Shitzu's, 3 Pekingese and1 Siberian Husky which is my favorite and her name is Skyelar.

I am an ambivert. Being away from friends or people for quite some time to recharge myself and at the same time, i also enjoy meeting new friends, gain experiences, talking, listening and going to places i've never been. At first, I am a quiet and shy type person but eventually, once we've known each other and comfortable, we can be friends travel buddies.

I so love mountains and beaches. I love to explore places i've never been and i really love to eat except vegies that's why i'm here, to meet and learn from other people :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can't remember who introduced this but I totally enjoy using this app as i had the chance to meet new people and I love it. I've never tried hosting but someone hosted me during my 1st out of country last 2017 in Taiwan. Frank from Taipei hosted me and he's very accommodating. He even treated me dinner and toured me in some spots in Taipei. People here are so awesome. I'd love to host someone if there's any chance.

Interests

Everything about travelling. Meeting new people from all over the world, learn from their culture, foodtripping is one of the most i really enjoy during travels even though it's costly but the important thing is you enjoyed, something you can remember when you get old.

I'm a frustrated photographer, i only have my Iphone in taking pictures and used Snapseed or lightroom to enhance the photos but I love to learn more as it is one of my passions, i want to be like them most especially during travels or anywhere. If you know how or if you are an expert, please teach me how.

I am a adventurer, i love hiking with friends or new friends, i love swimming, i love watching sunrise and sunset. I love everything in nature.

For Music, i love listening to Thai Musics, very much into OST of series that i am watching. I also love Acoustic. Ed Sheeran, Ben&Ben, December Avenue,IV of Spades. Sentimental songs.

Movies/Series- Marvel Movies. Thai Series, MyTee, Sotus/s, Love By Chance, Waterboy. Divergent Series, The Maze Runner. Kingsman, Love Simon and Perks of being a wallflower, also love horror movies.

Books: not really into reading, but i read Love, Simon and Perks of being a wallflower, i also read Faults by John Green. I usually get bored and sleepy every time i read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in Australia for 2 weeks and lived there alone. I usually walked from my hotel to office. That was my first time going to Australia, i gained friends, experiences and explored places in Australia.

Before i went there, i had my layover in Singapore and met my friend whom i met in Couchsurfing. We went to Cebu and Bohol for a week and had some cliffdiving and snorkeling together with other friends from Germany and Japan.

I want to learn different languages from other countries, Thai and Korean in particular.

Best part of travelling is to learn and immerse myself in different cultures, to share also what i know to them.
