My name's Lara Sabry, I was born in Venezuela and have lived in Panama, Bolivia and Belgrade. I currently live in Egypt. I am a passionate traveler, writer and painter. I admire meeting new people, getting exposed to different cultures and exploring. Anything that's adventurous and new I am always up for.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I do not own my own place in Egypt, which is why I am not able to host others. However, until I do get my own place, it would be a great opportunity to meet new people that will have stories and thoughts to share whilst I'm on the run to explore the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in Indonesia for two months, working on an HIV awareness project. Life changing experience.

Spent 4 weeks backpacking across Cuba.
