Hola chicos!
I'm lara, 23 years old and traveling with my boyfriend through South America.
We started this journey in march 2019 in Argentina and after that went through Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador. Right now we're in Colombia, spend our last month here and then we're flying back to Germany.
Probably next year we'll continue our journey :)

In the last months, while traveling, we noticed that couchsurfing is the best way to travel for us. We love the cultural exchange, the friendships we made and all the homes that we counted, hehe
We actually always made wonderful experiences and don't want to miss that anymore.

About me:
* 23 year old
* finished my first studies in health care management, but I'd rather work with children
* love to talk, exchange cultures, drink a wine or beer together, hang out and cook together
* I love singing and playing the guitar!
* clean and tidy and respecting every house rule and the host's home!
* love animals and children, so in case you have some: I'd be happy to meet them!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started with my boyfriend, because we wanted to get really close to the South American families during our journey through this continent.
Now, after eight months, I really appreciate and love the community, which is all about sharing!

In the near future, when I'm back in Germany, I want to give back what I received and got and also want to be a good host for travellers in my home town.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* meeting all the amazing hosts and guys on our journey!! You find them in our photoalbum
* mountain biking the death road in Bolivia
* canyoning in Italy (in the end we roped down a 60 meter waterfall)
* visited the Machu Picchu
* visited the Galapagos Islands
* crossed the border to from Ecuador to Columbia while streets were closed because of protests
* 140 meters bungee jump in Colombia! The highest of South America
* paragliding

I can share my time with you, talking, listening, drinking beer or wine or anything. Or if you have instruments and like music as much as I do, we could jam together :)
Also my boyfriend and me could prepare a delicious German dish for you - Spaetzle. :))
