I like different kinds of music, from singers like Sean Koch to Spanish South American tribal kind of music to classical Indian sitar sounds to Psytrance🧞‍♀️
I don’t watch too many movies but I like them, also documentaries and films about spiritual topics, for example on Gaia. Have you seen Fantastic Funghi and the secret life of the trees? Or the Samadhi movies you can find on YouTube? If not, go for it!😍
I love books, I read a lot about psychology and spiritual topics but also I read a novel a short while ago that was really amazing! I like how it can feel like you’ve collected so much life experience after reading a book.😁

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

So many!😊 What I can think of right now is Solo Retreats in a Camper in the winter, taking time to look inside. Being a resonance giver in psychological processes, letting someone else’s feelings flow through me. And of course the beautiful experiences in India, like my Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, then traveling all the west coast north to south. The 10-day Vipassana course, life changing. And traveling in Nepal, volunteering at a school, teaching yoga in different places to all kinds of beautiful people. Grateful for everything!🧡

I’m interested in psychology, languages, history, spirituality, nature and learning about different ways to spend one’s life. Learning in general is something that’s very important to me and I am always open to learn and experience new things.🥰

I can help you learn German, English, Spanish or Latin, practice yoga with you / I can give Yoga and Meditation classes if you like, or we can practice Acro Yoga together or make some music or art - or talk about anything that’s interesting to us and just share experiences!
