About Me

After spending lots of time abroad with and without my family (holidays and roadtrips to different countries, three years stay in Dubai, a few stays in France) I now have the chance to explore the world and life for a while on my own. After absolving my a levels I spent one year in Scotland, working in a Community for people with learning disabilities, travelling the highlands and visiting whisky distilleries. Afterwards, I enjoyed impressive India and Indonesia, until I started my studies in april. Since then I spent one year in France for my Erasmus, and travelled around Europe during my holidays. Right now, I am on my way to Scotland, looking for beautiful places and hoping to meet some nice hosts :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the possibility couchsurfing gives, to meet new people in a different way. You will get closer to each other. Guests staying at somebody's place probably get insider advices and more insight to the country or town. In exchange they might share stories about their hometown and give a nice change to every day live with interesting chats!

Interests

I have got plenty, it goes from music (60s, 70s, 80s, 90s), novels and movies (all kind of apart from horror), to sports like dancing, tennis and jogging and yoga, and ends with my passion for musicals and theater.

Music, Movies, and Books

So my favourite song at the moment is 'people have the power' by Patti Smith. But any other band from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s is great!
The best books I read so far are 'Looking for Alaska' by John Green and 'And the mountains echoed' by Khaled Hosseini.
I don't have any preference for movies, there are to many fabulous ones!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cliffdiving
