Hey! I'm Lara and I'm currently working as an escaperoom instructor in the Netherlands.

My boyfriend and I will be travelling around South East Asia to enjoy the beautiful countries, culture and of course the great food. We'll arrive in Bangkok on March 2nd and fly back to the Netherlands on May 30th from Bali, Indonesia.

In the meantime we would love to meet locals who can show us their culture and ways. We are still deciding on which countries we want to visit, so if you have any suggestions please don't hesitate to contact me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because me and my boyfriend Lucas are travelling through South East Asia in 2017 and are looking to meet up with locals that want to share their cultures, interests, music and love for food with us!

I'm a fan of the Notorious B.I.G., Pink Floyd, Justice, Bonobo, alt-J, Tame Impala and some dutch hiphop. My favorite movies are probably the Shining, the Silence of the Lambs, the Edge, Inside Out, Finding Nemo and the Bone Collector. I'm also a series-fan, mostly Netflix Originals like Marcella, Stranger Things etc etc etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in Finland for 3 months to follow an Adventure Sports course, went hiking in Lapland & saw the Northern Lights
