Hi, this is Lara, studying German and Art history in Innsbruck.

When it comes to describing myself I would say that I am optimistic, cheerful and talkative.

My greatest pleasure in life is to travel around, see beautiful places, meet inspring people, taking photographies....

What I love most when travelling are the small unpredictable moments when you meet a person with a special interesting story, that he/she shares with you and it gets you to think about some topic totally in a different way than before and you realize how good it was to meet this person.

To experience the real culture and local habits!

Especially when you learn the language of a country you can really get to know the local culture. :)

I often visited other places and I was wondering, where the locals go and what they do and what the real culture there is, but that is difficult if you don´t know someone that is living there. So I am thinking, that couch surfing is a great idea for broadening your mind and get to know other people and cultures!

As one of my big hobbies is Photography, I hope to get to know many other people that share this passion. I would love to learn from each other about taking photography and art.

I am in general very interested in other´s points of views and experiences and also to talk about recent debates, culture, society. On the other hand I can also be quite childish in some moments, where I can laugh about random things and have fun without thinking of serious issues. It always depends on the situation and who I am with.

In general I really like being in company with cheerful, interesting and open minded people to share experiences together.
