About Me
ABOUT ME
Well...I'm Italian and, like many other young people today, I'm still waiting for better times.
I was born in Ragusa, where my family lives, and I attended the first three years of my degree in Rome and in 2010 I moved to Tuscany. Last year, through an exchange program, I went to Mexico for 9 months (there I finished my exams and I worked for my thesis).
After a month I decided to go to Ireland 'till Juin as aupair and improve my English. After coming back few months in my hometown, I lived in Valencia, working as a volunteer in a no-profit organization but at the moment I'm living in Sicily again doing a work experience internship.
I'm pretty sociable, friendly (even if just a little bit shy) and honest. I like meeting new people and discover new places and different cultures. Travelling will change you like little else can. It will put you in places that will force you to care for issues that are bigger than you. The world is a stunning place, full of outstanding works of art.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Whenever possible, I'm glad to host couchsurfers. Otherwise I am always available for a coffee or a drink and to show them around my city.
Interests
Reading good books, listening to good music, watching good movies, going to the theatre or to modernist and documentary photography exexhibitions. Besides, since I was a child I've always drawn, I really like it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelling (it is the best thing you can do)
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach, Learn, Share everything you can.
Traveling is a form of teaching. Travelling is a form of learning. Travelling is a form of sharing.
Discover and learn new cultures, new languages, new opportunities. Discover the inherent similarities among people of different cultures.
Be versatile. Be adaptable. Experience everything. The culture, the language, the food, the tradition and even the politics and government of people who are probably unfamiliar.
