Thanks for taking the time to read my profile.

Lately I'm trying not to identify with my work as much as I did, but that's quite hard because I really love doing what I do. My work as a freelancer in the cultural sector includes a lot of things I'm passionate about: theater, music, connecting people, festivals, being able to keep on growing and learning, open mindedness and solidarity.

Nonetheless I also love time off work and be able to hang around, watch series, travel, play board games, go to secondhand shops and be creative.

I'm a 27 year old woman who loves to meet new people, but is also a little anxious to do so. I prefer deep conversations over shallow ones. Even-though I'm not working in the sector at the moment, my pick of study tells you a lot about me. I chose to study Drama Therapy because of my interest in human growth and development and my belief that you can not only grow by mentally learning or talking about things but you have to physically experience different situations and emotions. I'm a really good listener and know how to balance the deep with the fun and playful.

I love food! When I go to bed I can already fantasize about my breakfast in the morning. I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes, but I LOVE food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me couchsurfing is not about finding a free place to sleep, it is about meeting new people, learn about new cultures and ways of living and having a good time. I get a lot of energy from meeting new interesting people. I think the concept of couchsurfing is great and I'm looking forward to hosting my first surfer!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm very open to learning all kinds of new things! Especially if you can show me how to open packages that have a sticker that says "open here" and when you tear the sticker, only the sticker comes off..
