About Me
... In a nutshell:
Not that good with early mornings (except when it's for sunrises), but just as good with the evenings. Love having people around and spending time with them. Those evenings, with friends, a barbecue, a beer and music are just perfect.
The best relaxation for me would be making (short) trips and being outdoor; hiking, climbing or discovering. I love dancing salsa and bachata! Furthermore I enjoy learning new things and use creativity in everything I do.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's probably something lots of people say, and you have to count me in: I love discovering new places and meeting up with people. When traveling I've seen beautiful places, but what made my trips even better: sharing these moments with people.
Lucky person as I am, I've experienced the best of the unexpected: climbing a volcano with locals, taking a bath in a natural bathing house, having dinner with a family who decides to take you on a family trip or sleeping in a own-made bamboo hostal.
I think Couchsurfing gives us the opportunity to see all aspects of a country by people who know their surroundings te best. Even if it's just a little bit.
As I'm heading out for a new trip to Colombia, it would be great to meet-up with other Couchsurfers, who'd like to spend time together or show me just that small bit of their world.

What I Can Share with Hosts
Definitely tons of enthusiasm!
I would love to tell you I’m a great cook, but really (and unfortunately) I’m not... neither the Dutch dishes are that spectacular. But then still: I could be a good company! Or I’ll make some desert?
I love to share stories, time and tell you something about my culture. No snoring! And last, but not least: my huge smile and gratefulness, when seeing where you’re from.
