About Me
Spanish girl back to travel! I´ve been working in Canary Island (the heaven) for years and decided to leave my job to have some time off for myself. I started my journey by traveling around my own country in order to visit my family and good friends. Full of good energy, I was ready to start my trip away. After some months travelling in India, and Thailand, It’s moment to discover the Australian life style for a while.
Values freedom, trustness, empathy, honesty and love which is the key.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started to use CS years ago, while I was travelling in Asia. At the beginning it was a good way to save up money but, after all, I realized how much benefit this exchange is providing you, financially speaking but mostly culturally.
That’s why I started to receive people in the Canary island. Some of them became friends for life and Im so grateful for that.
I think CS is a really convenient method because it comes from an altruist movement.
Interests
*Ashtanga Yoga.
*Reading (learning about human mind, spirituality, self-awareness, history). Generally reading to be more wisdom and to know how to be in peace with myself and with the world.
*Meditate (I try to introduce meditation time daily, still beginning...)
*Listening to music, I connected with music a lot. Always open to discover new music. I was growing up with flamenco Spanish music, but I also love electronic music. Specially techno, techno-house, minimal… and many brunch else.
*Interesting and stupid conversations, laughing, drinking a beer, smoking a joint, to be in contact with nature, spend time with my beloved people etc.

MUSIC
*Jan Blomqvist: one of the best techno player artist I discovered lastly.
Paco de Lucía: as a geniuos of the spanish flamenco guitar.
MOVIES (Good movies for me are these one that make you reflect on)
*The Truman Show: It is a paradox about the rol of the human beings in the system which we live in.
*Revolutionary road: this movie shows what happen when people live under the conventionalism of the society instead of follow his own path in the life (in society of course).
DOCUMENTARIES
*Cowspiracy: make me change my relation with the meat trade. And make me think about the problem of the over population in the world.
*Cosmos: the modern version of The Cosmos by Carl Sagans, so amazing. Just watch it!
*The thrive movement. To understand how the system where we live works.
BOOKS
*“Face to face with fear. From the codependence to freedom” by Krishnananda. Reading this book have been a rebelation of a lot of knowledge about my self. This phiquiatric and mistic person (krishnananda) explain how the ego is growing up on us since we born. He explain how to health the deep wounds and traumas that our inner children has. It is super healthy tp understand your personality and for having a much better relation with yourself and as a consequence with people you relation with.
