In September 2018, we headed out on an epic 8 month journey to Europe! We started in Iceland then traveled to Ireland, visiting some relatives, then continued to Europe and many Schengen countries. Also, we also visited Eastern Europe, Great Britain, and Eastern Europe, India, and parts of Africa.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Khevron and I began as surfers on couchsurfing.org and plan to pay if forward by hosting. We think its a great way to meet people. Also, we will be hoping to couchsurf in Europe on our upcoming trip.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We began couchsurfing in Hallifax, Nova Scotia, then some in New Brunswick. We found the people very welcoming. We have done additional couch surfing in the United States on our 8 month roadtrip in 2012-2013 in which we saw 49 states and 9 provinces of Canada and a territory. Interests

I love writing and filmmaking, and of course watching movies and reading novels. Science fiction and fantasy are my favorite genres. But I find I also enjoy some urban fantasy / horror at times. I love to travel and see new places and meet new people. Sometimes I hike or ski cross country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking around Goblin Valley, Utah, where the red sandstone has been carved out by the wind to look like huge goblins!

Watching the Lord of the Rings movie, by Peter Jackson (ok, I'm a geek!). A great movie really thrills me.

Once I finish writing a story or making a short movie that I'm proud of. I really like that feeling.
