ABOUT US
Arvid and myself are highly interested in any outdoor activity. These include hiking, camping, motorcycling, scuba diving and the like. Yet, we are also still up for any kind of party or to mingle with people. Since we met in India, in 2013, we've travelled around both Asia and Europe - always in very different ways. We love to cook and to eat, to talk and to listen, to learn and exchange, to drink and to dance, to get challenged and to relax, to get dirty and clean, to give and to get, to trust and to win. We are sincere people who like to travel low-budget but loaded with (local) culture and culinary experiences. Coming to that point: we like it spicy :)
PHILOSOPHY
Karma exists!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have mostly hosted people during my studies, when I was still living in south Germany - where I actually come from. Nowadays often busy with work and trying to get out of the city during weekends in order to breathe, you must be a bit lucky to find us at home. But try, if we are there we are always welcoming! Also would like to couchsurf more on shorter city trips again. Not only to save money but to experience a more local view and not just see the most touristy things in town.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in Mexico for two years and made a trip through Central America. I made the trip on my own but I met so many people from all over the world and we had a great time together. I climbed volcanos, did white-water-rafting, partied very hard in San Juan del Sur just to wake up with a bad hangover the next day, made two trips to meet the natives, swam in terrifying cold water to reach the waterfalls, ate living termites and tried to surf although i knew that the waves would flush me away :) there is a lot more things i did but i don't want to bore you! so just pass by and say "hello" because there is way more things i haven't seen, or done or heard than i did!
