ABOUT ME

I live life with my arms reached out and I love every minute of it. I love people. I have a burning desire to travel. I can eat impressive amounts of cherries, watermelon and berries. See-through bridge floors terrify me. As a kid, at first I wanted to become a fashion designer, then I wanted to be a marine biologist and an ocean explorer; I became a psychologist instead. Then I changed my mind again, and I got back to school, hoping to end up becoming a Human Rights writer and health policy maker.

I love everything that challenges me and I am always trying to keep my eyes open, as thought provoking experiences and excitement come in different shapes and sizes, quite often from where you least expected it. I am also lured into light and silly choices from time to time. Other times I get dreamy and let my self drift to unknown places. I've been told that I'm relaxed, warm and caring, and I usually tend to get out of my way to make other people feel comfortable and appreciated. I like to cook, especially for my friends, and I usually explore and experiment with ingredients in an attempt to put my own twist on different countries' cuisine. I love to laugh and to take it easy, always looking for thrilling and intense moments, and I find the greatest pleasure in the simple things.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am not able to offer a couch at the moment as I am moving countries and don't have a place yet. However, feel free to contact me and we can meet up for a coffee, a drink, or simply a walk wherever I might be at that time.

I can also cook for you! Really, I love exploring, and mixing and matching ingredients. I am always happy to explore a culture through its national cuisine and eating/drinking culture. And, if you're into Asian food I can make you some mean fresh spring rolls :)
