Hi all! My name is Larissa, 22 years old and originally from the Netherlands. At the moment I’m traveling for almost a year through Asia since October 2017.

**Sorry guys, my current situation doesn't allow me to host any surfers for now since I’m staying in hostels during my trip trough South East Asia. **

I would consider myself as that type of person who everyone could get along with. Especially since I’m traveling now it’s so easy to have a little chat with anyone about anything. You meet so many new people, not only backpackers.

Furthermore, I graduated last year for my bachelor and a few months ago for my degree. I've studied for one semester in London as an exchange student; probably my best decision in life so far! I can't describe how amazing this experience has been. I made so many now friends all over the world I’m still talking to today.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that every individual on this world can add their personal value to the world due to cultural influences and personal ideas. The best education for me is to understand those values and turn it in a new lesson for my own life.

Booked a one way ticket to Bangkok, without a plan I started my journey through South East Asia.

The most amazing thing I’ve seen so far is the sunrise in Bagan; Myanmar.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you host me or you crash at my spot, I can teach you some Dutch. It’s one of the hardest language to learn, even I struggle with it. Butttt, we have some funny sentences. Furthermore I can tell you about the trips I’ve made so far. Eventually you'll have a new friend from the Netherlands!
