About Me
Hi,
I'm a trail builder and private pilot who loves adventure travel, preferably via plane, bicycle, or with a backpack with ukulele tucked inside.
I've enjoyed sharing my home with travelers who are mostly smoke/drinking/drug free and am interested in being hosted in similar environments. Gardeners, nature lovers, responsible artists artisans and musicians, families and gourmet chefs (or wannabes) please send me a message!
My business website is www.acorntrailworks if you’d like to see some of my work.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling alternatively and having unique experiences.
Interests
I love to dance, play music, spend time in nature, and cook and eat good food! Lately I've been working hard part of the year and traveling the rest.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In Canada: seals swimming and creating bioluminescent swirls at night. In Italy: hiking the Cinque Terre under the full moon at night.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach beginner uke and cook nice meals. If I'm near my plane flying may be an option.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'll usually bring food or something nice to share. I'll share my gardening knowledge if you have a garden, or native plant knowledge if we go for a walk.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bahamas, Canada, England, France, French Polynesia, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Scotland, Vatican City State, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
