We love to travel, meet new people, eat new foods, and learn all that we can. We have been traveling for 6 months in New Zealand, and have been inspired to take many more trips in the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are just starting Couch Surfing, and are very excited by the opportunities it will bring. We are still currently traveling, but are excited to host people when we get home and have a couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have stayed with people in Auckland, Pete and Imee, for a total of two weeks now. We started out as couch surfers, but now are friends, and have appreciated the experience.

Interests

We both love the outdoors - skiing, hiking, camping and fishing. We love watching movies and reading books together.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Larry - lived in a motorhome without electricity or heat during a ski season in Bigsky, Montana.

Laura - went on a 10 week sea kayaking and backpacking trip in Chile, and didnt shower the whole time.
