About Me
CURRENT MISSION
We like to travel, and most important we would like to get as close to the culture as possible, for example by staying private places.
ABOUT ME
We are two young people who've been together since the summer of 2008, Emilie (born 1988) and Lars-Emil (born 1987). We've been living together since may 2010.
Both of us began studying history at the University of Copenhagen in 2007, and have also taken courses in danish litterature and language plus religious studies.
We like to read, watch movies, listen to music and talk all night over a bottle of wine :) We often have visitors, and spend a lot of time with friends, and, as long as our time and money allows us, going to the cinema, theatre and other entertainment stuff. And we would like you to come and visit too, and to widen our cultural horizons a bit ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Emilie went on interrail with a friend the summer of 2010, mostly in central and eastern Europe. Before we went, we had some connections to people in Praha and Prishtina, Kosovo, and stayed with them, but in Istanbul we used couch surfing to get a closer connection to the city. We got a couch each at a nice guys home, and he took us places we wouldn't have seen otherwise, and felt more like guests than just tourists, and got a deeper understanding of the city and the people who lives there, than we would have had if we just stayed at a hotel.
We would like to give other people the same experience of exploring Copenhagen at a deeper level than normal :)
Interests
We are interested in music, movies, books, cooking good food, history, playing games, and people in general.
