About Me

Hi! I'm 25 years old, work full-time but have holidays around Christmas, Easter, and over the summer, plus a couple of additional weeks.

When I'm off work I mainly spend my time maintaining a happy long-distance relationship, learning about stuff, reading, taking pictures, cooking, and training, besides purely relaxing, obviously. I'm also rather lazily writing a book on the subject of transdisciplinary communication theory.

Professionally I work as a secondary school teacher (Communication, Rhetoric and Swedish), and as a side note I have always lived with and around animals of various kinds, so am very comfortable around them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently I'm preparing for a roadtrip and would love a nice place to stay. Once I get my own apartment (currently live with a couple of roomates), this will be updated.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took a 10 hour walk alone across the countryside of southern Japan once, over two mountains and through two villages, with plenty of experiences along the way.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Truly all sorts of things, most of them more or less humanistic in nature, I suppose.

Learn: Anything! I'd love to learn more about your passions, whatever they may be!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Lots of conversation about almost anything, along with whatever experience and knowledge I may have. Or a very comfortable peace and quiet, if that should be preferred at any time.

I can also cook, and would love to offer a meal of some sort as a way to repay the roof over my head, or maybe just a chocolate-y dessert?

Countries I’ve Visited

Bulgaria, Denmark, England, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Macedonia, Norway, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, Vatican City State
