Overview
About Me
I'm Lars,
22 years old, half Spanish/German (so I am not an average German citizen :p), crazy and open minded.
Living exactly in the center. I like sport, meet people, travel and learn more about other cultures.
Actually I'm studying economics/management and working to have some money to travel all over the world...
I am very bussy, but if I have time I show you around and go out with you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like the idea behind Couchsurfing and would like to make my own experiences.
It is the best way to learn about other cultures and to meet people.
I like to host people for weekends and show them the city, I will drive with the car.
I want that they see how Frankfurt is and i don't like to be a free hostel or a one night airport host.
So if you come to my house I want to hang out with you and show you everything, if I have time.
Hope to could host you soon, write me 😊

Here I like to give some tips and trics about Frankfurt, so if I can not host you, you can use them :)
1) Places to see:
-Römer (there are historical houses and the City Hall)
-Dom (this is the big church)
-Zeil (it is a long street were you can go shopping)
-Goethestraße (is the street were rich people buy)
-Goethe-House (I never have been there, but I think you should go)
-Alte Oper (is our theater)
-the Euro symbol (you already have seen it in the news)
-Eiserner Steg (it is a bridge full of locks like in Paris)
-Klein Markthalle
-------and if you stay more days, you should do that:-------
-Goetheplatz (not so important, but there is a symbol of the philosoph
Goethe)
-Zoo (nice one)
-Palmengarten (if you like nature, you will like it)
-Goetheturm (nice view, but it is out of the center)
- walking through Sachsenhausen or the center
2)Typical German/Frankfurt food and drinks:
-Handkäse (cheese) -the first taste of this cheese will not be yummy, but the
second one will be better) So try it twice !!!
-Schnitzel (my favorite), Haxe, Rippchen, Frikadelle and Braten (pork)
- Apfelwein is our tipical alcoholic drink (it is apple wine) Try it :)
-Apfelsaft is apple juice and also very good, because it is coming from the
area around Frankfurt
3) Some special tips (non touristic):
1. Markt at Konstablerwache, it is only at Thursday and Saturday from
10am-5pm, let me explain it, it is like a week market were you can buy
good quality food direct from farmers and very fresh.
But why you should go? Because also you can eat there some good
german food, you can find Bratwurst (german sausage) , Bratkartoffeln
and Kartoffelpuffer (some poteto stuff (vegi)), Handkäse (some special
cheese) For more food tips there , you should ask me! ;)
2.Wacker Kaffee (traditional and home made coffee)
3. good German restaurant is Atschel ( number one and the quality is very
good), Wagner and Gemaltes Haus are typical
4.Best free view is on Galeria Kaufhof at the Zeil at the top (it is a view point
in the city center)
