ABOUT ME:

In 2002 I did my first backpacking tour through Thailand. I was so amazed by this way of traveling that I sort of got addicted to it. 8 years later I quit my job, sold everything I had and traveled through South America for a year. It was the best year of my life. Got so many exciting things to see and experience. By far the strongest on most profound experiences however were the many people I met and exchanged with. Back in Germany I felt the urge of getting the message out there that traveling enriches your life....

PHILOSOPHY:
People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Met so many people with positive couch surfing experiences and decided that I should try it as well. Love to exchange with people with a different background and broading my perspective.
Also believe that this world is actually a global village. In this perspective couch surfing is kind of getting in touch with my "neighbours".
