ABOUT ME

My passion is to be active. In the nature or inside, it doesn't matter as long as it makes fun. I used to do gymnastics, but than I started to play American Football...that tells alot ;-) I like any kind of action sport, skiing, climbing, etc. but also love to be on a nice hike and enjoy the nature, peace and silence.
Hope to improve my sailing skills...

Since probably no one else but the Germans have ever heard of Headis before, that's what I can teach ;-)Headis is like tabletennis, but instead of a small ball you have a ball with the size of a handball and you play it with your head!!Sounds stupid!? But it gets you addicted immediately! =)
