About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to soke up skills and experiences to become more adept and at peace at the same time (Not always going well)

ABOUT ME

im 27, and have travelled to allmost every continent in the world, but I was 19 when I started doing it by hitchhiking. When i was younger it was with my family in big isolated hotels, which really isn't traveling but more just a relaxing helath resort, and could just as well be in Denmark (homecountry). Now im done with my studies, and long to once again travel. I furthermore play a decent guitar, and i am a crazy moviefanatic. i love sprts and acrobatics, meeting new people, and hitchhiking. I'm super open and hope to make your aquaintance:)

PHILOSOPHY

Actually my philosophy is, that nothing is constant, (including my philosophy)so I am more than willing to accept philosophical wisdom from whoever I encounter on my journeys. So a crucial thing in life is to master the change.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

not sure what to say here.? I'm hoping that I'll be able to accept and pass on cultural experiences, and explore the exciting differences between people. That sort of is the entire point of travelling isn't it? gaining (not quite sure its the right word) wisdom, and passing it on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As i hitchhicked across europe this was my lifeline, and i am forever gratefull for the people who welcomed me into their homes.

When i lived in Australia i joined the community to make aquintances and that was real nice.

I haven't gotten to host yet as i have always lived in such small places, but hope to host in the near future.

Interests

I Like basketball, allmost any kinds of music, hiking, and movies. a big passion of mine is the human mind, and its mechanics. I also love love to travel off course, and helping others just makes me feel good.

Music, Movies, and Books

BOOKS: mostly historical works, like "il Principe", "the divine comedy", and so forth, but i sure do love cartoons to.!
MUSIC: almost anykind, from "system of a down" to "Jack Johnson" or even some classic music. Grew up with Danish folkmusic too should you be interested in that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow.. tough question.
I think that must be when I broke my arm the first day of a skiing-trip. trying to master the snowboard without any training. On the kiddie-hill. Five kilometers an hour. Of course when i came home, the national basketbal-championship was two days away and i was starting pointguard. So i had to play through with a broken arm. we didn't win but we beat the favorites and finished second. a personal victory for me:)

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy sharing feelings and thoughts, because it gives both parties the opportunity to be teacher AND student, which really is the only reasonable form of communication.

What I Can Share with Hosts

An open mind and a beer at the local pub maybe?
