I am now doing my MS-thesis at CSIR in Pretoria for half a year. But I want to see more of SA than just Pretoria, so I'm pretty much up for anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm hoping to find someone to go to the coast and surf with. I want to go to J-bay, Durban and just about any other place where you can surf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is the first time I'm using CS and I was recommended by my friend Johanna. It seams like an awesome concept.

Interests

Mostly i try to surf as much as I can but it pretty hard when you live in Sweden;-( Otherwise I pretty much like any recreational sport, any thing from pingis to soccer.

I also like to relax with a book some music and a cup of coffee. Cooking good food is also something I dont mind spending my time with.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and cant live without it, to name a few different ones I like Brett Dennen, Ben Harper, Manu Chau, Cinematic Orcestra, Bonobo, Four Tet, Beta Band, Shpongle, Cat Empire, Cafe del Mar, Angus And Julia Stone, Scientist, Augustus Pablo, Bob Marley... and many many, many many more...

Books is also a big interest of mine, now I'm reading "A short history of nearly everything" by Bill Bryson.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm verry interested in surfing, and I want to get better. The biggest wave I've ridden were about 6-7 feet and I was laughing, crying and pissing my pants at the same time;-)

Otherwise I regard myself as a pretty good chef (aka the Swedish chef) so if you like food lets make a braii or something.
