To explore everywhere! I really want to go back to China, go to Europe for the first time, and Australia and New Zealand. Eventually, everwhere!

ABOUT ME

I am a full-time Special Education Teacher, with the great benefit of having summers off. I am equally content to go to the theater, wander a museum, go rock climbing, or ride a horse somewhere. I will try almost anything once, and adapt well to any situation. I have a tendency to plan things last minute if I notice something exciting happening, but I can plan ahead if needed. I am reliable, help out with chores, and am happy to meet new people.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life by treating others well, respecting the people, plants, and animals around me, and always being willing to listen.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like indie music, and most anything else beside country. I tend to watch Kung-Fu and foreign films, as well as period pieces and random shows like Dr. Who. I will read just about anything, but I love a good novel. Niel Gaiman and Isabella Allende are my current favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was able to tour with my orchestra in college to China, and go from the northern part of the country around Beijing all the way to the southern mountains that look like they came from an old painting. It was the most fantastic trip I have ever been on.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to make a Swedish pudding called Kram, and maybe some other strange things like how to play Gaelic Football.
