I am just an average guy, who takes one day after other. My wife and me lived in the USA for 10 years. We loved it , but we had to move back to take care of our parents. We are happy now to see them improving their condition even if they have to fight with their illness day by day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As you can't really understand an art knowing the artist behind it, then you can't really get to know a culture getting to touch it's people who form it. For me to meet somebody it's just like to get a key to a door that hides big secrets; So exciting.

Interests

I like architecture. I enjoy walking on streets with my head up and find the interesting little details on every building. Unfortunately not on every building.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have no favorite music. Just enjoying anything that matches my current mood. Mostly jazz or 70s, 80s disco. Books. Read a few but not too much. For some reason when I have to name one I got this: Daniel Keyes, Flowers For Algernon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once in my childhood I folded a paper plane that stayed up in the air for infinity long minutes. Later when I grew up I learnt to fly on glider plane, small airplanes and hot air balloons.
Once I saw the migration of countless butterfly on the ocean shore.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a very good listener. My motto is You can't learn with open mouth.
I can't cook. So I am a perfect match for 99% of the CSurfers, because they can cook, I love to eat.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Definitely not my favorite recipes. The first solo glider experience. I'd like to share that feeling. Unfortunately there are no words to describe it. You have to try it.
