UPDATE!!! January of 2018 I quit my job and decided to travel to the world. Since then I have been able to visit some amazing places throughout Europe and Africa. At the moment I am still enjoying life overseas. Currently, I live in Xuzhou, China and I am working as an English teacher. I feel blessed and happy about every experience I have had since I made the scary decision to change my life.

A little more about me:
I enjoy meeting different people and learning about their lives and culture. In a perfect world, I would love to travel to every place across the globe at least once. My travel experiences so far have helped me to realize the things that are truly important in life. It's the memories we make and the people we connect with that adds value to our lives. I often travel solo but I have noticed I am never alone. There's always a friendly stranger willing to engage in conversation or to accompany me on a part of my journey. The only thing that could make my travel experience better would be to have those I love the most (my family) with me. However, since it's not an option for all of us to travel together I will be returning home at the beginning of 2020. When I get back, I look forward to being actively involved in the CS community as a host. I never want to stop connecting with people from various parts of the world and learning about their countries through their eyes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I think this is a great concept. I admire the fact that people all over the world are interested and willing to share their homes, their time, and experiences with others. This is an amazing way to travel to new places and make new friends. Especially as an introverted solo traveler :)!It's also a great way to travel for those of us on a tight budget.

Starting a Professional Life Coaching Business called H.O.P.E. Coaching. Where I coach people of all ages and backgrounds on how to solve problems, maximize their resources, develop leadership skills, life skills, and accomplish their goals in the areas of business, finance, and personal development.

This is the best experience of my life so far!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how I make most of my personal hygiene products from all natural ingredients.

I want to learn about investing money and I also want to learn how to speak a few different languages, or at least a few words or sentences that I can use in daily conversations.

I am African American and very proud of it. I can share with others who may or may not know many African American people that I am a human being just like you. I appreciate and respect the differences of others and encourage all to do the same. All of our nations will continue to grow and the inclusion and acknowledgment of others regardless of race, gender, social status, and sexual preference are extremely needed and important.
