ABOUT ME

I had the best time of my life in Finland during the 8 months I lived there. Due to financial reasons, I had to move back in with my parents in Plano Texas. I certainty want some freedom, and working hard to save up for it. I am searching for a career in Finland or in the U.S. My preference is Finland! I am developing on my visual effects skills and have been improving my professional website.

I really liked selling cameras at Wolf Camera! If I have to be in retail, I would like to continue with that.

I am so glad that Obama is president. I hope that he can clean up the mess. I had voted for him!

I like to travel, experience new adventures, and meet new people. I like nature--camping/hiking. I used to be quite a party girl, but as I am getting older, I am calming down. :o) I am a fast learner and thrive with learning new things. I enjoy astronomy and am thrilled when a special event occurs, for example, the moon is the closest to earth, or something even more stunning. I like to sing, act, and dance. I pick up acting gigs from time to time. It's a hobby. I have been an Extra on set for 2 movies and a TV show! I have been on film sets as a director and as a production assistant.
I like to cook as well. I enjoy baking my own bread, cooking my own pizza, cooking new European dishes, and love baking cookies, cakes, and other treats.

As far as religion, I believe that there is a God, believe in ghosts/spirits/angels, I don't think that every paranormal event is the devil :o), I think Jesus was a very gifted/psychic individual who is probably the son of God, I believe that psychics do exist, but a whole lot of them are fake/conmen earning money. You have to use your instincts to determine if the individual is for real. I live by the golden rule. I was baptized Methodist, but through bad christian experiences and cults that I unfortunately got into by accident, I have decided to go on my own spiritual path. From time to time, I will go to church service, but usually only at Christmas time. I'll explain in detail if you ask.

I like all kinds of movies and music. The only music I cannot tolerate is gangsta rap. Some horror films are lame. I like the films by M. Night Shyamalan the best.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the fullest! Do unto others as they shall do unto you. Karma. Go with the flow. I am either Agnostic or Buddhist. I have to figure this out. I am completely thrilled by spirituality. I have many philosophical ideals. Can't fit it here. If we get into a philosophical discussion, it could go on for hours- especially if we start talking about Religion, aliens, psychic experiences...

Too many to list them all. Some favorites are A Clockwork Orange, Trainspotting, Eternal Sunshine for a Spotless Mind, Shrek 1 and 3, Finding Nemo, Music and Lyrics, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Spiderman, The Simpsons, Batman, Back to the Future, Indiana Jones, and many others....
Enya, Enigma, Dido, Chemical Brothers, Tool, Pink Floyd, Avril Lavigne, James Blunt, HIM, Nightwish, Rasmus, Cranberries, Evanescence, and many many more....I like all kinds of music except for the Country music that's in Texas - old country.
My favorite books as a kid, since I don't have much time to read anymore - Voices After Midnight By: Richard Peck and Catcher in the Rye. I read a plethora of books. The only books I do not read are like extremely scary or extremely gruesome. The books I read these days are philosophical books, technical books, and language-learning books.

I received a scholarship from Women in Film! It's a very prestigious film organization. The only one from my University and it's a state-wide contest! The awards ceremony went on like the Academy Awards.

I can share about how America is.
I can teach how to bake and cook some dishes, teach some Finnish or some English, and depends on the person for other things to teach.
I would like to learn more Finnish, more visual effects techniques that do not require filters, and as far as other things to learn - depends on the person I meet: what they can teach me.
