My name is Latu, I've been very fortunate to have experienced the best of the CS community when I was traveling last year.
I work in Wellington as a public servant and would love to host CS members

I love the hospitality and friendship of this community and am keen to pay forward the kindness and generosity I’ve received as a surfer.

I also agree that the best way to explore a city is to get to know its locals and this is an excellent way to do that.

兴趣

I enjoy catching up with friends over a bottle of wine, cooking & baking, being outdoors (my Masters is in Ecology and NZ such an outdoorsy country so this is inevitable) and travelling when I can afford it!

Continuous learning and challenging myself are also things I feel very passionate about.

Music - I like a wide range but predominantly Pop/House , e.g. Disclosure, Rudimental, Duke Dumont, Sam Smith, Myra Masa, etc.

Some Kiwi artists to check out: Six60, Katchafire, Shapeshifter, Ladi6.

Movies - I love romance and/or comedies (think Crazy, Stupid, Love and The Notebook, 27 Dresses) but then in contrast, I've recently become very interested in those space exploration movies, e.g. Interstellar, Gravity, The Martian (must be my science background).

Oh and David Attenborough documentaries - I absolutely love them!!
