ABOUT ME

I teach yoga, lead trainings, retreats, workshops and events! One of my passions is biomechanics and teaching others about the human body through yoga!
I have been performing (singing, dancing, acting) since I was very small. Another passion of mine is singing and inspiring others to be healthy, as I was once unhealthy. I love people; at a young age I used to go up to strangers and tell them to "take me home with you".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started hosting people in 2007 with my then boyfriend (now husband). We hosted under his profile for about two years and then I decided I needed my own!
