ABOUT ME

I am a Certified Laughter Life Coach and Laughter Yoga Teacher, spreading joyful laughter and playfulness to people everywhere through individual coaching sessions and group classes. My work is helping others find the joy in the journey, have fun along the path to inner peace, and cultivate lighthearted daily practices so that each moment can be lived from a place of ease, flow, and happiness. I love expanding into new territory and assisting others to push through perceived limitations to live a joyfully fulfilled life.

Everything in this life is a miracle and I dwell in gratitude and awe in every moment. I am committed to seeing the best in everyone and everything and sharing the joy of life with everyone I encounter!

Hosting guests in my home and visiting others on my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing experience was as a guest on my first trip to Europe this spring. I met the most amazing people and was so inspired that I came home and opened up my "couch" for visitors right away. I have since met the most inspiring, delightful kindred spirits who have stayed with me on their journeys and am looking forward to meeting more!
