To be like the the rock that waves keep crashing over. It stands unmoved while the raging of the seas fall still around it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've stayed with several couchsurfing friends and had a blast. I love the idea behind couch surfing and am always eager to meet new people, with new experiences and with some stories to tell.

I'm a martial arts geek. If you have some skills or a techniques to show me then I'm happy to learn.

Happiness is a good book. I'll read anything, either fiction or non fiction but imaginative fantasy is my first love that I'll keep coming back to. Neil Gaimnan, Frank Herbert, Terry Pratchett...

My music taste is quite eclectic (but whos isn't right?) Rock is what I mainly listen to but it can change frome week to week. Folk, punk, classical, reggae,soul,swing. Hell, even Japanese pop during one paticuarly strange Sunday afternoon. I'm still rather skeptical about dance music though. Their is some good stuff out there, it's just the amount of crap you have to wade through to get to it...

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I swam in the sea, after an all night beach party in Cyprus and watched the sun come up with an amazing group of people. Even a handful of wet sand to the face (courtesy of a friend) couldn't ruin that ;)
