ABOUT ME

I am currently visiting Europe for the first time and visiting/traveling with my son and his girlfriend, in Germany and Scotland. My heritage is 1/2 German on my dad´s side, and Scots on my mum´s, Muir clan. It is truly a dream come true!

People have been so kind and so helpful on my current trip, I have a new enthusiasm to be patient and kind to people that visit my beautiful hometown now on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington state

PHILOSOPHY

My friends tell me I am upbeat and enthusiastic. I live my life with exclamation points!!!!! I have a warm heart and work on breathing deep every moment, and remaining mentally still and steady. I have practiced a form of yoga for meditation, chanting, physical poses for more than 20 years (Siddha Yoga).

I also love to have a good time, sharing meals with people and stories. I have a bumper sticker on my car (along with multi-colored magnetic polka dots) that says "Life is short, sing and dance NOW!" I love to dance (Nia, 5 Rhythms, Soul Motion---conscious ecstatic styles) and sing in a 8 person a cappella group (vocals do all instruments!), 4 men, 4 women doing all types of music: jazz, pop, religious, silly, serious.

I am connected to Lindsay Barbieri and Kristian Brevik, my dear son, so please check them out too! We are getting along very well, the 3 of us, having many adventures in Germany, and soon, Scotland!
