ABOUT ME

I was a mountain risks engineer for the last 5 years. But after a knee fracture while skiing in 2017, 2 surgeries and 1 year rehabilitation, I quit my job. I started yoga, meditation, rock climbing, and enjoy life as much as possible!

Back to Montpellier, my hometown in South of France.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is not only a great accomodation opportunity, unlike few guests I could meet.
For me, this is a perfect chance to meet interesting people, with hobbies we can share (rock climbing, swing dances, yogis...) or not necessarily (discovering a new place...).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had close to ten CS experiences, abroad and in France. Most of my hosts/guests became good friends, with whom I am always in touch.
But I don't know why, my previous CS profile disappeared, with all my references and contacts :(

Mountain, mountain, mountain :)
Rock climbing, hiking, ski touring, canyonning, surfing, mountain bike, slackline....
I love outdoors sports, being in nature with my friends.

I practice hatha yoga and recently graduated as a yoga teacher in Nepal. I medidate almost every day.

i am also found of african danse, contemporary and Swing (Lindy hop)!

A new interest for me is about children education, like Montessori or Steiner methods, even I don't have children.. Children are so amazing!

I am very eclectic in music but I mostly listen to world music and reggae.
I love discovering new bands, so any suggestions are welcome :D

I don't have TV.
I may watch some movies on my computer, but still, it's rare.

At the moment, I have a pile of books beside my bed which is all about personal development, yoga philosophy, energies...
