About Me

Living in New York City, and trying to explore the world as much as I can. Background in fashion, graphic design, photography and fine arts, anything artsy interests me! I love to connect with people around the world and learn from every random place, immersing myself in the culture with respect and admiration always.

My home back in Spain is always open to friends and family, we love to share the beautiful little corner that we grew up in! Unfortunately I live in a tiny apartment in Brooklyn now and I am not available for hosting, but I hope in the future I can give back all the awesomeness that I receive in the present from this community :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To share experiences and meet incredible people around the globe! This is all about believing that one day you are giving and the other you are receiving. Finding a local community to show you the best places around is always a great experience. Looking for the non-touristy, real life!

Interests

Yoga is where I find myself and Salsa dancing is where I let go!

Always trying to find the balance between stillness and movement, I can appreciate the urban crazy lifestyle as much as a hike in the wildest of all places. I love to cook and since going vegetarian/flexitarian (I try meat every once in a while within a cultural situation - food defines a culture more than anything sometimes!) I get very creative in the kitchen!

Of course as anybody I love live music, I prefer acoustic/jazz, intimate settings over super crowded spaces, even though I have enjoyed major bands concerts here and there :)

A good book for the trip and a little sketchbook are always mandatory, to write down notes, thoughts and purposes, as well as drawing when I feel inspired.

Film photography is also becoming a new favourite, even though I´m still learning and it´s not the easiest thing to backpack with it can be really rewarding!
