About Me
ABOUT ME
Having graduated in one of those weird something-with-music-and-media Bachelors my mom always fails to remember when trying to tell her friends what it actually is I am doing, the only possibility was moving to Berlin. Here I spent a year tasting the sweet life of exploitation as an intern in the music industry writing for a couple of music magazines and newspapers about art, culture and music. Last year I started my education at Berlin Journalism School mainly writing for an actual print music magazine. (Yes, they do still exist!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We once hosted a couch surfer at our shared flat back where I studied which was great fun. He brought his guitar and made up stupid songs about us. I myself have found some lovely hosts in London, Ireland and Israel and can only say that I just had the most amazing traveling experiences by meeting all of them!
Interests
I love to go out dancing (mostly Electronic Music, but also Swing or Rock'n'Roll), writing of course, make and listen to music (I sing and play the piano), enjoy travelling and spending time in sloppy bars as well as visiting art exhibitions, museums or checking out flea markets. And food - did I mention I LOVE food?

Music, Movies, and Books

BOOKS
Sven Regener - Herr Lehmann // Patty Smith - Just Kids // Stefan Zweig - Die Welt von Gestern
MOVIES
I am really bad at remembering movies and actors unfortunately I have the rare gift to fall asleep in front of any movie after half an hour. Basically I like the ones with lots of drama, arty stuff and no unnecessary action scenes and unrealistic happy endings. Only exception: the whole Disney catalogue - I know all the songs and am very happy to share them with you, especially after a glass of wine!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have learned to play the Church Organ which was really hard but very rewarding in the end to master such a big instrument.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am quite a decent cook. You might probably hear me sing in the shower (but not to bad I reckon) And as I am an early-up person I'll definitely make coffee.
