Hi everybody!
My name is Laura, I'm currently 25 years old and I live in Italy, near the city of Vicenza.

I have (sadly) finished my studies one year ago, and now I'm working for an Italian fashion company. I'm not complaining of course, but sometimes I really need a vacation, or even a short trip to escape my everyday routine and to do different things! :)

I'm a quiet person, I don't have any particular requests or expectations...a small couch is enough to make me feel welcome.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never tried Couchsurfing before, but a lot of my friends did, so...here I am, ready to meet new people and to see new places! :)

Interests

I like travelling, reading, taking photos and art in general.
I love cooking (and eating, of course!) sweet stuff. I also have a thing for ethnic food like Asian food, Mexican, Moroccan etc.

I'm literally a movie addicted and my favourite director is Woody Allen.
I really like also Wes Anderson, David Lynch, Godard, Truffaut, Almodovar and Tim Burton.

I really listen to A LOT of different genres of Music, but I can say that my favourite singers/bands are: the Beatles, The Cure, Depeche Mode, the Velvet Undergound, Serge Gainsbourg, Patti Smith, David Bowie, Talking heads, Arcade Fire, the National, The Smiths, Anthony and the Johnson, London Grammar, Disclousure, Scissor Sisters, Brian Eno, Vampire Weekend, Ennio Morricone, Hot Chip, Oasis, Black Kids, Blur, The XX, Phoenix, Dente, Afterhours etcetc. I do like a lot of dance-electro kind of music as well.

About books, these are a few of my favourite writers: F. Scott Fitzgerald, Haruki Murakami, Banana Yoshimoto, George Orwell, Roahl Dahl, Irvine Welsh, David Grossman, Marguerite Duras, JK Rowling, Georges Simenon.
